Monday: Salmon and Pineapple Skewers from Simply Recipes with Brown Rice

Tuesday: Buffalo Chicken Salad with Homemade GF Blue Cheese Dressing (the Hubs requested chicken wings for dinner and is getting a salad!)

Wednesday: Caesar Chicken Wraps with Gobsmacked’s recipe for Whole Grain Wraps (hoping to use the chicken I made the day before for this recipe)

Thursday: Shrimp Tacos

Friday: Crustless Quiche (made with gf sausage and asiago cheese)

  2. hey noodle…post that buffalo chicken salad recipe asap! =)
    I am shopping for the week tonight…and really want to make this.
    It sounds so good! Lately, I have been feeling extra deprived because I am gluten-free (I am not as organized as I should be). Last night I was determined to have chocolate chip cookies and made an enormous amount at about 9pm using the recipe from Mrs. GF’s website. They were excellent, but now I have moved on to pizza, chicken wings, and italian sub cravings. sigh.

    Caroline- I really want to! Kinda tired from the opera cake so we’ll see. Mrs. G.F. is great. Try my pizza recipe. It sounds challenging, but you get the hang of it and it is really fast. It is easier than making gluten pizza crust- not quite delivery though!
