The cold air blew into Raleigh today! This did nothing to deter my son. Jude wakes up every morning begging to go outside. As soon as I open the door he runs to the end of our driveway and holds out his hand waiting to be taken across the street. He then starts running to our neighborhood park. Jude loves this park which sadly only consists of a couple stairs and one lame slide. I suppose liability does not permit the fun swings I remember from my childhood.
Anyway, since I knew we would be headed to the park first thing this morning I dressed Jude up in his brand new coat and hat. The kid is adorable. He looks like a blond Elmer Fudd or something. If Elmer Fudd wore the new Mammoth Crocs that is…

Monday: Spicy Shrimp Penne with mini sweet peppers (since it didn’t happen last week)
Tuesday: Paella with Chicken Sausage and leftover shrimp
Wednesday: Pot Roast and Mashed Potatoes; Mixed Green Salad with Pomegranate seeds
Thursday: Mustard Chicken with Brussel Sprouts and Wild Rice
Friday: Fish Tacos
