Gluten Free Menu Swap- October 22

October is flying by! And, boy, is this time of year busy in my house! For one thing, my husband’s birthday is this weekend, which he will be spending at a kids’ Halloween party. haha. Our little Jude has been invited to a Halloween party that night, so the whole family is going decked out in costumes (or so I hope). Since we are going to the Halloween party on his birthday, Hubby has declared that it is his year to choose the costumes. [Insert roll of the eyes] No way. Everyone knows that it is the wife’s job to pick the costumes. Jude is going to be a spider!!! And since it is such a festive week, I am going to make a spice cake and maybe even a cake with a Halloween motif.
