Welcome to the Gluten Free Menu Swap! This is going to be short and sweet today because my kids sense productivity and are protesting loudly! The gluten free ingredient of the week is lemon. There are a few other bloggers with gluten free menus, so go check them out for great dinner ideas.
Gluten Free Sox Fan- Karen has some great dinners planned this week, including feta-topped chicken, Greek rigatoni, and a lemony shrimp salad. She has tons of great recipes, so make sure to head over and check out her menu.
Aprovechar- Sally has a healthy, gluten-free, egg-free, soy-free, casein-free, seasonal meal plan that sounds delicious.
Gluten Free Pregnancy- Monique also has great ideas for dinner this week. Her salmon with lemon sounds especially delicious to me. She also has some helpful tips for beating morning sickness.
Ginger Lemon Girl- Carrie has some delicious things planned. She is making a lemon butter chicken, homemade deli sandwiches on french bread, and her famous Caesar salad. Mmmm!
Fresh Ginger- Ginger has a very diverse menu that includes New Mexican, Wales, and Indian influences. If you are in a cooking rut, this would be a great place for some new dinner ideas.
Gluten Free Dance- Sara is making not one but two recipes with lemon sauce this week. That sounds like a yummy time saver to me! Go check out her dinner plans for the week.
One Beggar’s Bread- Deb is making Soaked Oats, Mexicale Chicken, Crepes, and a split pea soup. Yum!
Book of Yum- Sea is going through a vegan phase, so check out her blog for great egg-free, dairy free recipes! The Horseradish and Coriander Tofu sounds impressive!
Conviviality- Cris has her menu up too! She is making rosemary lamb shanks and a carrot and potato soup.
Angela’s Kitchen- Angela has a great menu too! (Sorry I missed it) Her recipe for Slow Cooker Sweet and Sour Chicken is a must-try!
