This salad was DELICIOUS! I think this will be a summer favorite for us this year.

I had to leave the tomatoes out because they were mushy but pretty well followed your directions besides that. I was able to cut the steak and put it in the marinade in a baggie in the freezer, and get it out to thaw several hours before dinner. This made dinner tonight a breeze.

That looks yummy! There is something so good about steak in a salad…

The other recipes you made while I was away look fabulous too….that chocolate cake looks so good, I want some with my coffee.
