Made these yesterday morning for the kids' lunches/snacks for school. They turned out great! The ones I slightly overbaked were fine, too. I was pleasantly shocked to have our son on the autism spectrum accept one & say, "Mmm. This smells like pizza." He actually took it to school for snack, brown & green flecks and all & enjoyed it! Thank you for another great recipe!

I used the smallest Pampered Chef scoop and it made 24 biscuits. Discovered that size biscuit is perfect for a slice or 2 of pepperoni, too!

Hi Natalie,
GF All-Purpose flour is supposed to be similar to regular all-purpose flour. I don't usually use it, but got lazy and didn't feel like using several different flours. I have tried it in other things without success so I won't use it again. I don't think it was your recipe that was the trouble. I love your site!

Kimberly, That stinks! Sorry you had trouble with my recipe! GF flours absorb liquid differently that is true. It had to be a liquid:flour thing- it happens to me when I bake sometimes too. What is GF All Purpose flour?

Hi,
I tried these bicuits for dinner and I think I made a mistake by using GF All-Purpose flour instead of the flours you used. I had to use a lot more buttermilk because the mixture was way too dry. They tasted okay, but the texture was a little weird. I will definately try them again with the flour called for in the recipe. I also made the crustless spinach quiche and it was great! I have made several recipes from your site and have loved them all! Thanks for motivating me on this GF journey!

These biscuits look great! I'm definitely going to have to try them.

I've got a question posed on my blog about flour brands and where to buy. Would you please stop by and give me your two cents? Thanks a bunch!
