That sounds like a really neat tradition. Of course, our yard couldn't take a tradition like that. lol. I look forward to reading your recipes when you get a chance to post them. I still have a phobia of GF baking. I keep thinking I'll get around to trying it but I come up with lots of convenient excuses. ;-) As for a menu, I hope to actually get one done. Now, whether or not I ever get it posted...hehe. I could use a real vacation I think. I can't wait to make it for Easter dinner. I am just so happy to have two breads I can rely on. What a great idea to plant trees for the babies. We planted 3 birch trees in our back yard last year. It's a bit swampy in parts so we thought they would do well. I just love them so much I would like to plant another one out front. They grow pretty fast and the leaves aren't too big!
