It was either eaten by a shark, or I left it at the bar. One of the two. Anyway, I bought a new one a few weeks ago!

Karen- That pork sounds amazing. Thanks for the tip on the blue cheese! I will look for that post.

Sara- There is no place like home (and home cooked meals). :)

Ginger- Speaking of summer, the weather has been beautiful in our neck of the woods.. Your menu looks delish as always.

Deborah- I am sorry if I missed one of your menus. My spam box eats some of them, so if I have missed you, always leave me a comment with your link! I enjoy reading your menus very much! I am glad you liked the lasagna! It is my little boy's favorite.

Meg- Sounds good, but you will need to come up with a camera. Didn't I read on facebook that it was eaten by sharks in Mexico or something? Anyway, there is plenty of man food that is gluten-free, so I am sure you could come up with something great ;)

I had this fantastic idea! I think you should challenge someone (me) - a relatively inexperienced cook with a notoriously picky-eater boyfriend to make a complete gluten-free meal from scratch - to highlight how manageable and normal gluten-free living can be. What do you think?

Natalie,

Thank you so much for including me this week! I have been scatter-brained lately and not keeping up with where the gluten free menus are being posted each week.

Honestly, between your blog and the others I have found, I am overwhelmed with great recipes to try! Who ever said eating gluten-free wasn't yummy and exciting?? I feel like I have found a whole new world!

We made your lasagna again a week or so ago -- scrumptious! I don't think ANYONE would guess it was gluten free. Thanks for organizing all this info and SHARING it!

My menu is up and running! It is kind of ironic as I use thyme all the time, but this week I am using less than usual, but still using it! http://freshginger.org/chicken/menu-of-the-week-march-10th-and-cocktail-of-the-week-grapefruit-drops/
Thanks for hosting the menu swap! Those mahi mahi tacos sound summery and fresh!

I'm the same way about having a menu plan. I had to be out of town from Sat-Tues last week and didn't get a menu planned. What a mess. I never knew what we were going to eat for dinner and we ended up eating out a lot. Now it will take my stomach a few days to recover from that. Blech.

Here's my menu:http://glutenfreedance.wordpress.com/2008/03/10/menu-monday-7/

Natalie - my friends make the BEST roast pork. It's a tenderloin that is pounded out then wrapped around figs and blue cheese. YUM! (by the way, according to Athenos' website, their blue cheese crumbles are gluten free. yeah! In fact, all their cheese is gluten free.) I'll have to make that sometime and post the recipe. Or at least take pictures next time I'm at their house when they make it. :)
