Thanks Natalie for all the great menu's, could you please post your Black Bean soup recipe, and which Italian Sausage did you find that works? Looking forward to you posting the Seasame chicken recipe, I can't have chicken so I am going to use turkey cutlets. Thanks for all your suggestions.

Great menu ideas! We've only been gluten free for a couple months due to my youngest's allergy, and the entire family is feeling better and benefiting from our new dietary habits.

i often shop like this too! my choices are a bit more limited, but we go for quick and easy these days with long work schedules. I was off yesterday so i prepared most of our meals for the week. That way when michael gets home (about 45 minutes before i do) all he has to do is pop a casserole in the oven or whip up a homemade caesar salad for the lettuce i've already prepared. This is a nice post! Of course all your posts are nice!! great job Nat!

Again, thanks for another helpful picture into your particular gluten free life.

[...] Natalie at Gluten Free Mommy, menu-planned in reverse — she shopped first, then planned her menu around that. She wrote about her experience, and found it to be much easier than expected due to all her past menus swirling around in her head. She’ll be serving up Spaghetti with meat sauce, Black Bean Soup with Quesadillas, Sesame Chicken, Flank Steak with Spicy Asian Noodles, and then finally Pizza night! Also, check out her menu for additional links to simple and easy recipes.
