I was born Celiac in 1943. My gluten free approach had been to just do without, or eat pizza and pay the price. Celiac requires an all or nothing approach to gluten.It&#039;s not like cheating on a weight loss diet.

Now I have ordered 3 flour mixes on Amazon and look forward to making my first gluten free pizza.

		<description>I basicly follow bette hag man recepies and am having a real issue with finding romano bean flour in the US. Canada is the only  place you can get this and they are not shipping to the US because of bio-terroism laws. I would like to know how to replace garfava bean flour in her recepies. She recommends  using equal parts romano and garbazo flours to replace this. My question is what would I replace the romano flour with....white bean etc. or another combination? Please help!</description>
