WOW, This recipe is out of this world. I can't keep my husband or myself from eating half the loaf in one setting. It is for Christmas dinner but I guess I'll have to make another loaf now that the first loaf is history. The bread is light and fluffy, the right about of fruit and sweetness, perfect. I used Bob's RedMill All purpose GlutenFree flour, real oranges, raw sugar. Excellent, this recipe is going in the front of my breads section in my recipe box.

Fantastic cranberry nut bread!! I used Bob's Red Mill gluten-free all-purpose flour and it came out great. Crusty, sweet and the sugar and nuts on the top added a wonderful touch. Thanks. Even though we can tolerate wheat, this recipe will replace my regular wheat flour recipe!

I was just looking for a cranberry and nut bread and your page came up, I thought I'd give it a go even though we dont have any gluten allergies or anything, and it turned out really great, quite a unique taste. Thank you!

Patty-
Thanks for commenting! I am glad you liked the recipe. When I used the teff I was altering another part of the recipe, so that was probably what happened. Thanks for letting me know! :) Happy Holidays!

Thanks so much for this recipe! I am eating a piece warm from the oven at the moment! I did use 1/2 cup teff for part of the GF flour and it turned out great. Wonderful holiday bread!

I think I'll try it without the eggs, and let you know what happens :) We sub with flax, so it may be OK!

Natalie,
That is beautiful! I love how the cranberries look like little jewels.
I ordered some sorghum from Bob's Red Mill so I'd be able to make your recipes with your flour combo, and I can't wait for it to come in so I can try this.
