Great recipe!! I used GF white chocolate I found here (in France) with the chopped bittersweet chocolate and chopped walnuts… very tasty cookies!!!
I am going to try your other recipes but cannot find Sorghum flour here, but they have Fonio flour from Africa, and its said to be a naturally gluten free flour, ever heard or used it?? Thanks, your new follower, Rose

I love this website. I recently became gluten free for health reasons and I have had fun with this website. However, my son is away at college, and he has found a special friend. She has severe egg allergies and is lactose intollerant, she is also guleten free. I need cookie recipes and dessert recipes. Please help!! Thanks, Another Mommy

I think they are better today too. I am excited with the way they turned out. Apparently less flour and more chocolate worked this time. =)
