When cooking the meatballs, are you wanting them to be fully cooked after the first 10-12 minutes? If so, mine we not so I cooked them longer then added pasta and sauce.

The GF stands for gluten free. The recipe said gf bread. Yes, there are breads without gluten. Try Odi's it is the best we have found so far.

Excuse me, but how do you claim this is gluten free when it has breakcrumbs in it? doesn't all bread contain gluten? isn't this misleading to unsuspecting customers?

When I find a recipe that is worthy, I copy the directions into a recipe program with the appropriate number of ****'s. My GF husband said I needed to leave my dinner right away and write it down in case the website went away. (I didn't) The only variations were using garlic in a jar, and, in error, used double the mozzarella cheese (not a problem), and 1/2 cup of instant potato flakes instead of bread crumbs. I used half the meatballs and sauce, and froze the other half. Foodsaver rules!!
