Love your recipes! I was wondering though if you knew of any good webites to offer cookie recipes for a non-dairy, no egg, no nuts, no fresh fruit, gluten-free diet? I’ve been looking around, but the best I can do is substitute the eggs and dairy for other things. It doesn’t taste 100% right (as I’ve tried the recipes with egg and dairy).

Any suggestions would be super!

The cookies look wonderful, too! – and I am thinking they’d translate well to egg-free, because they use only one egg. I will try it out and let you know.

Hello and Congratulations on such a perfect baby boy! I feel weird commenting since we’ve never met. So I thought I’d send a quick congrats and let you know how much I’ve appreciated your blog! I stumbled onto it in search of help being gluten free and yours is my favorite! My friend that blogs told me I was being a blog stalker if I didn’t comment! (sorry!!!) Anyway, I love your site and am so happy that you have your family of four! I am blessed with two boys also and I tell you, they are the best! I’m 5.5 mo. along with my 3rd (now a girl!) excited for the change BUT I’m telling you, I’m a biased boy mom still! Sniff sniff…what a precious bundle! The cookies looked good too – but the baby…can I eat him?? LOL!!! I love them when they are little and can’t talk back yet! LOL

Little Jude will catch on soon, especially when the baby starts cooing and smiling. My eldest was the one that recieved her little brother’s first smile. She still talks about it to this day, that he loved her most that he gave her his first real smile.
